Olivia's Trattoria

Olivia’s – the only Access4You® certified restaurant in Sibiu

A place where accessibility, empathy, and great experiences go hand in hand

At Olivia’s, we believe that a great restaurant means more than delicious food and impeccable service—it also means genuine care for people. All people.

That is why we are proud to be the only restaurant in Sibiu certified by Access4You®, an important step toward a more open, empathetic, and inclusive community.

What is the Access4You® certification?

Access4You® is an international system for assessing the accessibility of public spaces, designed for people with special needs—whether related to reduced mobility, visual or hearing impairments, or other functional differences.

The certification provides clear, verified, and transparent information about how accessible a space truly is, so everyone knows what to expect before arriving.

Access4You® levels:

  • Bronze – basic accessibility for wheelchair users and at least one additional group with special needs
  • Silver – accessibility for all groups with special needs
  • Gold – full and optimized compatibility for all categories optimizată pentru toate categoriile

Olivia’s & Access4You®: more than just a box to tick

Between April and August 2024, Olivia’s restaurant at Zacaria Retail Center, Sibiu, underwent an official Access4You® audit.

The result?
Our venue met the criteria for Bronze certification and is on track for Silver certification, following a few minimal additional implementations.

For us, accessibility is not an “extra”—it is a natural responsibility.

🐾 Our four-legged friends are welcome at Olivia’s

Sometimes, a great experience also comes from the right company—even when that company happens to be your favorite four-legged friend.

Well-trained and well-behaved dogs bring joy and comfort:

  • Emotional support and relaxation – their presence reduces stress and creates a friendly atmosphere
  • Dining companionship – a loyal friend by your side makes every meal better
  • Assistance dogs – supporting people with reduced mobility, offering safety and independence

You don’t need to search for a special place to dine with your best friend. We welcome all well-behaved dogs with open arms, because we understand how important their companionship is in everyday life.

We want every visit to be a natural, worry-free, and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We look forward to welcoming you!
