A delicious story

Olivia’s was born from a desire to bring together everything we love about Mediterranean cuisine: fresh ingredients, carefully crafted recipes, and an atmosphere where time seems to slow down just a little. In our kitchen, every dish is prepared with the same care, whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or staying for a long dinner with friends. Olivia’s brings to Sibiu those sun-kissed flavors, born from carefully selected ingredients.

Our dishes will always be fresh and authentic. Burrata with anchovies, risotto, homemade pasta, and panuozzo are just a few of the stars of our menu, prepared according to original recipes. And as for our pizza… we can only promise that you’ll find us when searching for “the best pizza in Sibiu.”
