A delicious story

Olivia’s Trattoria was born out of the Zacaria team’s desire to bring the exquisite Mediterranean flavors perfected over 15 years ago in their first restaurant in Malta. After launching eight different concepts in more than 30 locations along the Mediterranean coast, Olivia’s Trattoria is now set to bring the true sun-kissed flavors, crafted from carefully selected ingredients, to Sibiu.

Our dishes will always be fresh and authentic. Burrata with anchovies, risotto, homemade pasta, and panuozzo are just a few of the stars of our menu, prepared according to original recipes. And as for our pizza… we can only promise that you’ll find us when searching for “the best pizza in Sibiu.”
