Olivia’s Trattoria is part of Zacaria, a division of the Alf & Mizzi group, under the umbrella of Kitchen Concepts Ltd., a prestigious name in the Maltese culinary landscape. Founded in 2008, Kitchen Concepts has established itself by creating renowned locations in Malta that have set high standards in gastronomy.

From Vecchia Napoli, known for its wood-fired pizza, to The Chophouse, famous for its top-quality meat cooked on the island’s largest charcoal grill, each restaurant in our portfolio represents culinary excellence. Cuba and Gululu also offer an exceptional dining experience, whether it’s through a variety of dishes and a vibrant atmosphere or traditional Maltese cuisine, while Manakis excels in Greek specialties.
